This Asian Fusion Restaurant interior design connects the ever expanding urban West Valley of Utah with the dramatic natural Wasatch Mountain Range. Appealing to true Japanese hotpot bar cuisine, Shabu Shabu embodies a minimalist design approach. Sculptural symbols, textured surfaces, and unique lighting create a sophisticated, comfortable feel, inviting a diverse clientele to connect with the culture, and with one another.
